why is outlook closing my account ?

Question

hi , well my proble is that i keep getting these emails on my Hotmail account stating i must fill out all the information they require or my account will be closed! well i don't understand why i should send my password and all information! i have to protect myself and my account! now how do i do that without giving Outlook.com my passwords and security questions and answers ??
