tring to install applications

i write my passwords and copy and paste so i know that isnt mine  also no idea whatan sa  account is, i cannot get past this

Hi,

To resolve the issue you can follow the below steps:

1)Open the Sql Server Management Studio and tried to connect to “.\SQLEXPRESS” database using “Windows Authentication” 

2)Go to Security Tab -- > Logins --> Change the "sa" password and Press Ok

3)Click “Status”->Change “Login” to “Enabled”->Click “OK”

4)Use the newly created Password

I have followed your steps but still the issue still remain what's the reason?
