Callouts on images, showing different details depending upon the images

Hello forum,

I am trying to create a callout on images.I want the callouts to pop up with its own details in it only when I mouse over on a particular image and this list to be different for different images with its own callouts. Similar to this link http://www.shopstyle.com/browse/pants . this page takes a lot of time to open completely as it contain lots of images once the page is done on every image mouse over a callout is generate giving all the details of the product like in which sizes and color it is available. later on every color mouse over say if the particluar pant is available in two colors Beige and Brown, then on mouseover on those colors changes the original image on which this callout was created along with the sizes avaliable and freezing the nonavailable sizes of the pants .

These details are different for every images. How can I acheive this ? Please HELP !
