Web platform installer showing old version wordpress

Hi, there I am very new to the IIS forum. Please forgive me for my bad English.

I recently tried to install WordPress on windows server 2016 and 2019 Azure VM, but it is showing the old version of WordPress as shown in the capture below. The installer is not working later I checked the WordPress link from the direct link which does actually not exist. Why WPI not showing the latest WordPress on this server. Please help me. Thank you.

If nobody submits the latest, you won't see it.

As ChrisSfanos said, the wordpress team did not re-release the installer, which would cause the wordpress to not be the latest version. but you can use external links to download and install it.
