Can I use same live id to pull PPE and Production data

Question
-
I recently have an issue while pulling data from healthvault. The pulling of data from Healthvault in production environment works for some live id and does not work for some other. I was wondering if it is due to the fact that I am using the same live id to pull data in test environment (PPE) and production. Does that really matter ? If not, what might have caused the issue ? Any help on this is highly appreciated.

At this point I am not able to find out an exact reason for this behavior. It will be really helpful if we can have a debug session on this. Please drop me a mail to v-mahred@microsoft.com with some possible time slots for the debug session. I can prepare a Live meeting for the same.

Devesh-- there isn't enough information to help debug the issue. We haven't seen any issues like the one you describe. Can you reproduce this easily? Is it possible to provide steps we could use to try and reproduce this on our side? Or, would it be possible for you to send Mahesh some of the Live IDs you're having trouble with?
Live IDs can be used across PPE and Production with no issue or interaction. Additionally, we have seen no problems that occur with some Live IDs but not others.- Proposed as answer by Lowell MeyerMicrosoft employee, Moderator Monday, February 1, 2010 7:26 PM

Hello Devesh,
You can use the same live id to pull the data from ppe and production. Are you getting any error when you tried to pull the data? Can you check whether the data exists for the live id in production environment that you are getting data for? Make sure that the read permissions are given to the application data type that you are accessing.

Hi Mahesh,
Thanks..
No, I dont get any error, but it just does not pull data even if it existed in production. I am sure the read permission are set properly because for some live ids, it works correctly. It is only for some other live ids it dont pull the data from HV production. Any suggestions ?
