I am running Windows 10 Pro and trying to install the HttpPlatformHandler v1.2 and it is failing with this message:

What happens if you manually download and run the msi file? This will sometimes reveal a missing component that is required for a successful installation that you do not see when running WPI. For example, PHP Manager requires .net Framework 2.0 and this same error was received using WPI to install. Running the msi manually, provided the real error for resolution.

Were you able to fix it?
When i am trying, it unable to download the file from Microsoft site. it says 404 not found.
